The room was comfortable and clean. The location was great, only a few steps away from the beach. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was not up to par. The choices were limited and the quality was poor.

Spent Xmas at this guest house. Loved the beautiful location just one block away from the beachfront boardwalk. Was impressed with the warm welcome and friendly staff. the rooms were clean and cozy with comfortable bedding. Appreciated the option of having a good breakfast delivered straight to our room. the packed lunches and dinner were also a plus. A great value for money.
The lack of variety in the room for coffee. Only powdered coffee was available, which wasn't to our liking.
